This study is looking at whether a digital support tool can help people with Clinical diagnosis of schizophrenia spectrum psychosis or an affective diagnosis with psychotic symptoms, self-reported difficulties going outside the home primarily due to anxiety, Mental and Behavioural Disorders, or Schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders Bipolarity, current episode manic with psychotic symptoms Bipolarity, current episode severe depression with psychotic symptoms Severe depressive episode with psychotic symptoms Recurrent depression, current episode severe with psychotic symptoms. Participants receive a study treatment and complete follow-up visits and assessments.
