This study is looking at reveal the early indicators of delayed language development in children born with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) for people with HIE - Hypoxic - Ischemic Encephalopathy, Language Delay, Autism, or ADHD - Attention Deficit Disorder With Hyperactivity. Participants mainly provide questionnaire, assessment, or follow-up information rather than receiving a new study treatment.
