The collaboration successfully identified the specific personas to target, distinguishing how to address a person who potentially has a disorder versus their family and friends.

We specialize in precision psychiatry, and we developed a blood test to differentiate depression from bipolar disorder. It was very important for us to have the perspective from the patient to make sure that what we were doing actually made sense for the people in the end who would need the test.

I specifically chose to work with Clement because he is an entrepreneur himself. It changes a lot of things; he understands at the same time the constraints of a company and also the point of view of a patient.

Clement has a marketing perspective on what we were doing, which is quite unusual when you talk to patient associations. It helped us understand—in a very respectful way—the need of the patient and how to address it properly.

If you are hesitating, I just would say to try. I think it was really worth it.
