This study compares two psychotherapy approaches for people with persistent, treatment-resistant depression: Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP) and Behavioral Activation (BA). Participants may take part in therapy sessions, follow-up visits, and assessments.
This study is looking at care and outcomes for people with Late Life Depression, Depression - depression, or depression, Treatment-Resistant. Taking part may give some people access to a digital support tool, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
