With HopeStage, we were able to organize a round table prepared and animated by Handicap advisers and Ambassadors. More than 300 Air Liquide employees, face-to-face or remotely, were able to participate in raising awareness about bipolarity disorders. Understand what a bipolar person experiences on a daily basis, how to better support a bipolar person as a colleague and/or manager in the professional world. This moment was followed by a very intensive question and answer period.
A big thank you to Clément and Eva, clinical psychologist, for making us aware to take another step on the path of the inclusion of people with disabilities, a subject that concerns us all and thank you for your flexibility throughout the preparation of the animation.
