This study is looking at whether Guided CBT Self-help versus Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) 1 can help people with Anxiety, Mental and Behavioural Disorders, or anxiety, unspecified. Participants take part in Guided CBT Self-help versus Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) 1 and complete follow-up assessments. Taking part may give some people access to Guided CBT Self-help versus Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) 1, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
