This study is looking at whether cognitive behavioural therapy can help people with Access to tailored evidence-based treatment for depression and self-injurious thoughts or behaviors among U.S. military veterans who identify as LGBTQ+ or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants take part in cognitive behavioural therapy and complete follow-up assessments. Taking part may give some people access to cognitive behavioural therapy, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
