This observational study is following people with Health and social care needs of people under probation supervision including learning disability, learning difficulty, ADHD, autism, mental health disorders, drug and alcohol misuse, physical health needs, and service use, Other, or Developmental disorder of scholastic skills, unspecified, Disturbance of activity and attention, Childhood autism, Mental and behavioural disorders due to psychoactive substance use, Mental and behavioural disorders due to use of alcohol to understand outcomes over time. Participants mainly provide questionnaire, assessment, or follow-up information rather than receiving a new study treatment. This study may not offer a new treatment, and its main value is helping researchers learn from follow-up information that may improve future care.
