This observational study is following people with Carer experiences and outcomes when they are supporting a family member or friend who was harmed in the NHS or social care or Other to understand outcomes over time. Participants mainly provide questionnaire, assessment, or follow-up information rather than receiving a new study treatment. This study may not offer a new treatment, and its main value is helping researchers learn from follow-up information that may improve future care.
