This study is looking at whether We will randomise carers (and their associated service user) to either the intervention group or a control group can help people with Complex emotional needs and/or chronic emotion dysregulation or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants take part in the therapy or support program and complete follow-up questionnaires or assessments. Taking part may give some people access to We will randomise carers (and their associated service user) to either the intervention group or a control group, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
