This study is looking at whether Mindfulness-Based (non-contact) Boxing Therapy (MBBT) Patients will be asked to volunteer and commit to the 10-week MBBT program can help people with depression and generalized anxiety or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants receive a study treatment and complete follow-up visits and assessments.
