This study is looking at whether a digital support tool can help people with Specialty: Mental Health, Primary sub-specialty: Anxiety - emotional, UKCRC code/ Disease: Mental Health/ Behavioural and emotional disorders with onset usually occurring in childhood and adolescence, Mental and Behavioural Disorders, or Emotional difficulties, including anxiety and depression, in young people. Participants take part in the therapy or support program and complete follow-up questionnaires or assessments. Taking part may give some people access to a digital support tool, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
