This study is looking at whether Culturally adapted CBT (CaCBT) based guided self-help manual can help people with Anxiety or Depression. Participants take part in Culturally adapted CBT (CaCBT) based guided self-help manual and complete follow-up assessments. Taking part may give some people access to Culturally adapted CBT (CaCBT) based guided self-help manual, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
