This study is looking at whether Patients will receive 8 sessions of either adherence therapy or health education delivered by a trained therapist in each of the five sites can help people with Schizophrenia or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants receive a study treatment and complete follow-up visits and assessments.
This study is not recruiting in Chile. It is testing effect of mindfulness based intervention in cognitive functions and psychological well-being applied as an early intervention for schizophrenia.
This study is looking at whether 1 can help people with Mental and behavioural disorders: Schizophrenia and other psychoses, Mental and Behavioural Disorders, or Schizophrenia. Participants take part in 1 and complete follow-up assessments.
