This study is comparing Active rTMS over the left DLPFC and over the left DMPFC with Sham rTMS for people with Unipolar Depression or bipolarity. Participants receive Active rTMS over the left DLPFC and over the left DMPFC or Sham rTMS and complete study visits and assessments.
