A transdiagnostic mental health intervention for adolescents in the Norwegian school health services

This study is looking at whether psychoeducation can help people with Prevention of mental health problems and promotion of well-being in adolescents aged 12-18 years who consult with a school nurse due to emotional challenges or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants take part in psychoeducation and complete follow-up assessments.
