An evaluation of an online mindfulness programme for people with multiple sclerosis

This study is looking at whether a mental health workshop can help people with Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic, lifelong disease of the nervous system characterised by demyelination of the nerve cells in the central nervous system. Demyelination is irreparable and can occur anywhere in the nervous system, thus, it is associated with any number of symptoms, depending on where the damage is located.
