Key information made simple
This study is looking at whether cognitive behavioural therapy can help people with Reduction of caregiving burden, depression and anxiety, and improvement of quality of life and caregiving self-efficacy in family caregivers of persons with dementia or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants take part in cognitive behavioural therapy and complete follow-up assessments. Some participants may receive usual care instead of the study treatment, and direct benefit is not guaranteed.
