Key information made simple
This study is looking at whether cognitive behavioural therapy can help people with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Complex PTSD symptoms, Acute psychological distress, emotional dysregulation and impaired well-being in conflict-affected adolescents, mental health impacts of chronic trauma and armed conflict in Gaza or Mental and Behavioural Disorders. Participants take part in cognitive behavioural therapy and complete follow-up assessments. Taking part may give some people access to cognitive behavioural therapy, but direct benefit is not guaranteed.
