Key information made simple
This study is looking at explore how intermittent fasting (specifically the 16/8 method) affects the mental health of women who are in the perimenopause stage for people with Mental Health, Perimenopause, or Intermittent Fasting. Participants receive Intermittent fasting (16/8) or Control Group and complete study visits and assessments. Some participants may receive Control Group instead of the study treatment, and direct benefit is not guaranteed.
